All sales are final. The City does not accept returns or offer refunds. I want you to be happy, so I will do my best to ensure you are pleased with your order. I may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged due to quality or craftsmanship, please e-mail with your concern within 5 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn/unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The City of Infinity reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees charged for the return. 

We will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend items that are lost or stolen in the mail. 

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

For items in need of custom measurements/ sizing, please include required measurements in the NOTES section at checkout. Most orders will require your bust/chest, waist, hips, and inseam measurements. Here is a quick and helpful video on how to take your measurements: How To Accurately & Consistently Take Your Measurements . Please have this available at checkout. If this is not included with your order please expect to be contacted within 48 hours of placing your order. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours of contact your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund in full to the original payment method used on the order.

Please take note of fulfillment and shipping times. Many pieces are made-to-order and every single order is packed and shipped with love from Atlanta, Georgia USA. You can expect to receive a notification when your order has gone out.

FULFILLMENT

Handled with love - please allow up to 2 weeks for fulfillment. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 week of order placement.

During the holidays and other special events, shipping times may require additional time. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, a label is printed for a shipment and customers will receive a notice that their shipment is on its way along with the tracking number for the shipment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout, you may select from one of two options: Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. If you require an alternate shipping method for your order please email contactcityofinfinity@gmail.com before placing your order and I will try my best to accommodate.

Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for order fulfillment. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders addressed to international destinations will ship with USPS Priority Mail International.* Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order.

Our payment processor has a security system in place which checks for fraud. If an order is flagged by the system as possibly fraudulent, The City of Infinity reserves the right to cancel and refund in full an order with or without any further explanation.
