SHIPPING

Please take note of fulfillment and shipping times. Many pieces are made-to-order and every single order is packed and shipped with love from Atlanta, Georgia USA. You can expect to receive a notification when your order has gone out.

Do not hesitate to reach out if you are hoping to receive your order by a particular date. You may do this by leaving a note at check out, or by e-mailing in. I will inform you if there is trouble meeting your request. Please email contactcityofinfinity@gmail.com with your order number. I will try my absolute hardest to accommodate.

FULFILLMENT

Handled with love - please allow up to 2 weeks for fulfillment. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 week of order placement.

During the holidays and other special events, shipping times may require additional time. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, a label is printed for a shipment and customers will receive a notice that their shipment is on its way along with the tracking number.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout, you may select from one of two options: Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. If you require an alternate shipping method for your order please email contactcityofinfinity@gmail.com before placing your order and I will try my best to accommodate.

Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for order fulfillment. If you need your order rushed, please email contactcityofinfinity@gmail.com to see if I can accommodate your request.

*Please verify, confirm, then triple-check that your order is shipped to a safe and secure address. The City of Infinity is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. I will do my best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders addressed to international destinations will ship with USPS Priority Mail International.* Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order.

Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch at contactcityofinfinity@gmail.com so I can advise you on the best shipping method. While we can provide estimates for shipping times, there is no guarantee the date of delivery due to the customs process.
